Many conference centers offer erasable, reusable "white boards" that can be used instead of paper flip charts for meetings.
What other features do you have in your conference centers that could be spun into being a "green feature"?

Reuse of plastic nametag holders (we have a collection station on the first and second floors of the conference center to collect them), non-skirted/non-clothed meeting tables save on washing of linens (thus water and detergent), use of recycled paper for meeting room notepads, individually controlled temperatures in meeting rooms allow for reduction of energy usage when room is not in use. My facility has plenty of true green practices, but those are a few everyday things that could be spun into a "green feature".
